My interest and enthusiasm for natural health and complementary therapies has developed over many years, having personally experienced the benefits of them. I am a qualified and experienced Complementary Therapist providing Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage and Hot Stones Massage treatments. I also provide individually tailored Hypnobirthing courses and Meditation courses in Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding areas.
My background is in the NHS where I worked for 26 years, 14 years as a qualified Midwife and prior to that as a Registered General Nurse. I have a genuine understanding about the effects of stress on an individual’s physical and psychological health and wellbeing and the supportive role that holistic therapies can play in reducing stress and improving overall health and wellbeing. I have a keen interest in research related to Complementary Therapies and am constantly learning and updating my skills.
I offer a caring, professional and supportive service, focussed on treating each person as an individual.
I am a full member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists (MFHT) and am fully insured by Holistic Insurance Services.
